This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through Gracie Cate's official website at graciecate.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. The Site is run by Grizlo Productions ("we," "us," or "our"). We keep this simple because we collect very little, and we never sell your mailing-list information.

Information you give us. When you join our mailing list, we collect the details the signup form asks for, is your first name, last name, and email address.

Like most websites, the Site and the services it uses automatically collect some technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages you view, how you arrived at the Site, and approximate location based on your IP address. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies used by our website platform, Bandzoogle, to run the Site and provide basic analytics about visits.

to send you emails about Gracie Cate's music, releases, shows, and related news and offers; to understand how people use the Site so we can improve it; to keep the Site secure and working properly; and to comply with legal obligations.
